T.C. Morrison holds book launch, Q&A, and signing for latest Pap N Pup book Close Encounters with Tort$
Renowned trial lawyer turned author T.C. Morrison returns to the Museum for a third appearance. Morrison is the author of five farcical novels featuring the twin brothers Pap and Pup Peters who left lucrative Wall Street law firms to start up a plaintiff’s class action firm where they encounter an endless number of wacky clients, judges and adversaries in farcical lawsuits that bring them fame and fortune.
The third and fourth books in the series were, respectively, SemiFinalist and Finalist for the 2023 and 2024 Mark Twain Award for Humor and Satire. His latest book, CLOSE ENCOUNTERS WITH TORT$, will be the subject of this event. It has already garnered lavish reviews from the publishing community.
“An unapologetically over-the-top legal romp . . . the novel offers broad, knowingly ridiculous commentary on the interaction of law, celebrity, and spectacle in modern America.” (Kirkus reviews)
“T.C. Morrion’s writing is sharp, witty, and laugh-out-loud hysterical.” (Readers’ Favorite)
